- Rodney Morris

Rodney was born and raised in Franklin, North Carolina. He graduated from Western Carolina University with Bachelor of Science in business. After holding several leadership and sales positions around the Southeast, Rodney and his wife Maura moved to back to Franklin in 2008. Rodney and his wife have three children named Siler, Weston, and Hannah. In his free time, Rodney enjoys activities with his children, traveling, and working out.

I’m from Broken Arrow, Ok but have lived in Murphy for 6 years.

I have always been interested in helping others better themselves as well as feeling as confident and comfortable as possible in their own skin.

I am currently in the process of getting my personal training and Certified Pool Operator certification. When I’m finished with that, I plan to go to school for my massage therapy certification.

My favorite part about working at MHF is watching our members on their journey to improve their health and confidence. Our amazing staff is just another added bonus!

I am a wife and a mom of a very active 3 year old boy! In my free time you can find me seeking out any kind of adventure with my two boys. We especially love to be outside in the sun, in the woods, or chasing waterfalls!

Jade is from Southern Florida and has lived in the Western NC and Rabun County area since 1999. She has been with the companies since 2008. Fitness has always been a passion of hers and she loves working in an environment where she gets to help others live a healthier lifestyle. Her hobbies include: spending time with her husband, son and mini aussie, working out and cooking/baking.

Ashlee is originally from Vermont and relocated to Murphy in May 2025.

She joined the MHF Team in June 2025. She enjoys connecting with our members and cheering them on while they reach their health and fitness goals.

She enjoys spending time outside with her partner and their fur babies. Her hobbies include: cooking and baking, reading, hiking and kayaking.
