Core Fitness & Endurance

Moderate to high intensity circuit training appropriate for all fitness levels. This class combines anaerobic and multi-joint exercises that will increase stamina, strength and endurance. Modifications for exercises available.

Core on the Ball

Includes a gentle warm up followed by conditioning, core, balance work and stretching. Many exercises incorporate use of a Swiss Ball. Improves muscle strength and joint flexibility.

Total Body Tabata

A high intensity interval training class that utilizes a wide variety of total body exercises to keep you motivated, rev up your metabolism and give you great results. Easy to follow with modifications for every BODY!

Zumba

Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a fun cardio program.

Silver Sneakers Classic

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
