Option 1: You may freeze for a fee of $5.00/bi-weekly automatic payments. You may request to freeze your membership for a minimum of 4 weeks and no maximum time.
Option 2: You may freeze for a fee of $25 if your primary residence is more than 30 miles from the center or medical leave. The maximum period for the one-time freeze fee is 12 months. Verification may be required.
*Please note:
– We require a 7-day notice to freeze your membership.
– Freezing your membership does extend your initial term agreement for the time you are on freeze.
– There is no freeze fee for our Medicare partner members (Silver Sneakers, Active and Fit, Silver and Fit, Renew Active).
Canceling your membership would subject you to enrollment fees and any new membership rates and agreement if you decide to return to the center at a later date. That’s why we offer the option to freeze your membership instead of canceling (see above for more details).
Please remember that canceling your membership during the initial term, there is a $95 cancellation fee.
If you have completed the initial term or on a month-to-month agreement, we require 30 days notice for cancellation, which means that you are responsible for any payments that occur within 30 days of your request to cancel.
All fees and outstanding dues must be paid in order for the cancellation to take effect.
