This class is focused on coming back to the breath. All movements are powered by the breath for an hour of relaxation and gentle poses. This class combines a flow style with some aspects of yin yoga- which involves holding poses for 2-5 minutes to fully come into a stretch. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students.
