Beautiful facility, well-maintained, in a great location. State of the art exercise machines, Wonderful group fitness instructors, and an absolutely beautiful pool. I am very very pleased that there are multiple class choices for Silver Sneakers - I specifically changed by Medicare prescription plan to include Silver Sneakers.
I have tried two different classes so far, and found both of them good for improving my fitness and health. I plan to try MORE classes to see which are the best fit for my needs and schedule.
A smile and friendly greeting from the receptionist. Talking and sharing info and advice with staff and exercise members. Nice men's locker room, and a pool for the best exercise of all. I also enjoy the treadmill with the TV so I can watch the news while walking.
If you are not a member, you should be. Schedule your exercise time as a ``Doctor's Appointment`` and it becomes a habit. Enjoy!
