Beautiful facility, well-maintained, in a great location. State of the art exercise machines, Wonderful group fitness instructors, and an absolutely beautiful pool. Front desk staff are friendly, and there's always enough parking. I feel that it's an excellent value. Very grateful we have Murphy Health and Fitness.

A smile and friendly greeting from the receptionist. Talking and sharing info and advice with staff and exercise members. Nice men's locker room, and a pool for the best exercise of all. I also enjoy the treadmill with the TV so I can watch the news while walking.
If you are not a member, you should be. Schedule your exercise time as a ``Doctor's Appointment`` and it becomes a habit. Enjoy!
